Got the inspiration to read and do a research on the Greek Mythology from S.H.E's song,Yue Gui Nu Shen and pretty much due to Joel's Horrible History book.
The S.H.E's song is about Apollo and Daphne.Went to Wiki it and in search engines.
I fine the relationships parts interesting.
Tried to gather some links in the family line.

Apollo was a Greek archer-god of medicine and healing,light,truth,archery and also a bringer of death-dealing plague.
Apollo is son of Zeus and Leto, and the twin brother of the chaste huntress Artemis.

From what I have read from some sites,Apollo's first love was with Daphne.
A cupid call Eros shot an arrow at Apollo as he had made fun of Eros' shooting skill,this made him fell in love deeply with Daphne.Eros also shot an arrow of hatred into Daphne,making her felt that love was disgusting.Until one time,Daphne begged the River God to turned her into part of Earth,which she was later turned into a Bay laurel tree.

If I'm not wrong,Apollo had other relationships with another 9 ladies.
Because Apollo lives forever(not that he flirts) while the lovers do not live for infinity.
Apart from that,Apollo also had 2 relationships with young athlete males,Hyacinth and Cyparissus.

Hyacinth died when they were playing a game of discus.Zephyrus was jealous as he loved Hyacinth too.He thrown discus with great force and it struck on Hyacinth's neck and he died.Apollo created the hyacinth flower as a memorial for Hyacinth.

Apollo gave Cyparissus a deer but Cyparissus accidentally killed it.Cyparissus asked Apollo to let his tears to fall forever.Apollo then turned him into a cypress tree.

Oh,if you do wonder,the names of each month,January - December,some of the names were from gods and goddess in the Roman Mythology.
