Hopes SPI did something fun for this year's Hungry Ghost Festival.

Read some forums on the net and they talked about such topics.
Then there's one person who posted this show featuring SHE doing stuffs to see spirits.

Selina had to peel an apple at 12 Midnight in front of a huge mirror.Selina claimed that she saw something moving.The camera that was filming the process was faulty -.-

Hebe had to comb her hair in front of a mirror at 12MN.
Candles flicked out where there's no wind.

Ella had to call seven zeros at MN sharp. And at the third zero, a lady's screaming was heard on phone.Calling 0000000 at midnight sharp was said to be able to contact hell.

Hehs maybe you all can try this?The one with calling 7 zeros is quite interesting.
And I have heard about this;

Take 2 mirrors and put each in a manner that both reflect light to one another,causing many reflected images.Each reflected image gets smaller and smaller.
Look at the 13 reflection from one of the mirror.
Make sure your head did not block you.If you really could not see the 13th image then well...
If you can..proceed to the next thing.
Prepare these mirrors before midnight time.Just some time before midnight comes,look at the 13th image and get ready.What you see on the 13th reflection will either be your death or your future love one.

Many Don't s during 7th month
-if possible don't go swimming especially in pools that people drowned before.
-get back home before its really late
-if someone calls out your name loud in the quiet discreet place,ignore even if you think he/she is your friend/family.
-don't purposely touch your friend's shoulder. -_-
-don't kill insects/animals.They were thought to be your descendants from your family tree line.
-don't pick up anything you see on the floor,things that people have dropped accidentally.The objects were thought to be possessed by wandering spirits.waiting to be 'taken home' with you.
-don't go and eat the offerings people made for them -_-

Dying is a part of life.The ox and the horse men will bring the spirit to the hell.During this process,everyone has to go hell first,then the spirit will be told where he/she will stay,that is,heaven or hell.

A person who died young is because in his/her previous life,he did something sinful and was only given limited years to stay alive in the next life.
Under any circumstances,the person will die the way he committed the sin.
Like if he murdered someone,he will get murdered in the next life.The victim sues the murderer in the hell court and the murderer will carry this verdict into his next life.

When a person die in a headless state,the spirit will not have a head in appearance but still, he/she can see.If the person has fell from high buildings and the neck cracked to the right,the spirit's neck will be tilted to the right.This is because the spirits take the form and state of the dead body.
No wonder people have claimed to see all kinds of different ghosts.
